“
The petroglyphs told the story of an unusual event.” said Max.
While all tried to interpret the etchings, little Tim could not resist to put forth his readings; as he interpreted it as trees, spiral, ladders, and funny men, everyone seemed amused and laughed except the old man.
When the dusk took over the town, the old man called it a day earlier than usual. Little Tim had ignited an old desire so when the village went to bed, he took steps toward that
trunk.
Although, worldly attachments tried to pin him down, old Max was resolute on taking the journey; fumbling with the recipe he ultimately opened the lid to the world that lay further, his true orb.
Time heals everything but what about things, which are beyond the grasp of the hands of the clock and the calendar.
Hundred years was a long time but that instance was still fresh within him, when he and the selected few had to leave their terra firma and take that trip up the golden spiral.
