digital drawing 01

Image
This time i have these digitally created berries. Don't ask the name as I just picked colours and tried blending to get a fruit. If you find any resemblance to any do share. 🙂 I am loving this tiring drawing style at the moment. Lets see what happens next... As for todays Quote "Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.” ―Theodore Roosevelt.

It's Digital this time !!

So, I sit in front of the PC trying to upload a pic of one of my pages but the internet is getting on my nerves. No matter how many times I try  just when the upload is about to complete it ends up showing an  ERROR MESSAGE : 'unable to load'. After quite a few attempts  I gave in but as I had promised A post a week I ended up creating something on Adobe Photoshop CS.    I tried my hand  at creating a background  that I  may use sometime later for another work. Blue  base with random brush stokes that form a flower.

Forever...

F   is for 'Forever' Photo prompt -Ted Strutz “Papa this is my car. Never sell it… I’ll take it to the college,” said little He. I knew it was not a possibility but never thought they would strip me of my glory. Little you used to ride with me; I heard your first Gibberish. You spent each day with me until a few years back and now you’ll abandon me, I wanted to say as they started pulling me. A voice caught my attention – “Papa this is my car. Never sell it… let it stay in the backyard please,” said ‘his’ little ‘she’.  Guess I’ll stay forever. ................................................................................................................................ Scent of Hope

Image
“Mamma is Santa visiting us this year?” asked little Rosy. “Maybe”, answered her mother while she was busy sewing the red cloth. All this while Rosy sat there dreaming about the ‘man in red’ who visited every child in the world except her, the reindeers who could light up her home, only if they paid her a short visit, about the gifts that she had so longed for since he left a void in their lives.

Across the Dark Tunnel

Burdened by the hopes, stooped under the weight of self-pity she decided to take the plunge for once. Although willing to bring about a change, she was still in a dilemma as she was reluctant to initiate the process of transformation.

Truth and Dare

"She was an ugly duckling in all senses so the relationship strained", so her 'ex' claimed. The bait was perfect for such a gathering but the timing went wrong. Thank you Denise

Shattered Pieces

Source Each anniversary a surprise would wait for her and he somehow made his gifts unique often leaving her wondering ‘if everything was real’ . This time, they were seven seas apart and she could feel his pangs of this separation; “ His face is a mirror of his true feelings ,” she said to herself. There Skype conversation made her uneasy as her commitments kept her away from him.         ........................................................................................................................................................... She  unlocked the door softly and as the minute hand touched twelve she screamed at the top of her voice “ SURPRISE! ” His silhouette was visible on the couch. “ No, ” she realized; there were two. source Aug 4th:  Caught red-handed ALSO,  Linking up with  Uncharted Blog  and  Six Sentence Stories , where the cue word is Minute.

What the Peonies told her?

Image
Peonies, William Merritt Chase, 1897 Completely aware of what the   contents   in her bag could lead to she sat with poise at the corner of his fully packed visitors’ room; it could backfire and end as another   amusing   affair for the public. “Both their lives were about to undergo a drastic change, but then he deserved it after what he had done to her mother years ago; money was not everything though they had enough provided by him but what about identity,” She thought. As she sat, looking at the peonies, the fallen petals caught her attention, they no longer belonged to the bouquet that they adorned once and the ripples in that water stirred the essence of the lake but then it added a charm to its otherwise stagnant existence.  As she sat deeply engrossed in her own world, the secretary informed her that her master was ready to meet her, bringing her back to reality.  As if woken from a deep sleep she excused herself to use the w...

The Restless Hour
