digital drawing 01

This time i have these digitally created berries. Don't ask the name as I just picked colours and tried blending to get a fruit. If you find any resemblance to any do share. 🙂 I am loving this tiring drawing style at the moment. Lets see what happens next... As for todays Quote "Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.” ―Theodore Roosevelt.

Painful Humor

“Honey, do you see those duct tapes there? Well, I patched up the door; that naughty thing hurt itself after bumping into me yesterday night. A compassionate man, I fixed the ugly scratches and bruises,” said Adam boastfully when he saw his wife transfixed by the door after seeing his work.

Looking sadly at the form that was supposed to be a somber man, Rosy wished to fight her destiny for playing games with her. Here was a man talking to the walls with his gaze fixed on his shoe and feeling pity for the bumping doors. The man she had married was lost forever, but still, he was a good man and her man.

Love gave her the strength.

  2. Sorry, you're going to have to help me out. Was the man out of his mind? Is Rosie upset that destiny played a trick on her by matching her up with a crazy guy? I'm not sure what's going on here.

I'm with those who see the harsh burden of care giving when a person has been torn loose from the tethers of reality by age or other infirmity.

  18. Dementia? I read it another time after seeing the various comments. He sees a "naughty thing" bumping into him. What actually did you have in mind. In any case you made a strong story out of the photo prompt. Thanks from threefoldtwenty dotcom

    1. Well, 'naughty' was a reference used in the way parents talk about their child who does not pay heed to their advice and has to bear consequences. When the mind plays tricks and thoughts get tangled a door can become naughty. :)
